Fantove is the first and only company to offer a doll warranty service. Our warranty includes both an unpacking warranty and a maintenance warranty.
1. Unpacking Warranty
The unpacking warranty is valid for 5 business days from the date of delivery. Although we conduct two inspections before shipping (order verification and appearance checks), production or shipping damage may still occur.
a. Shipping Damage
If the box is seriously damaged and the doll is affected, please provide clear photos and videos. We will coordinate with the shipping company and offer the best possible solution.
b. Minor Damage
If the doll has minor scratches or dents upon unpacking, we will provide a free repair kit along with a step-by-step guide.
c. Severe Damage
If the doll has serious damage, such as tearing or breakage, please contact us immediately with photos and videos. We will send you a free replacement.
2. Maintenance Warranty
The maintenance warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery. It covers certain types of damage caused by product issues or normal personal use:
a. Doll Staining
We recommend dressing your doll in light-colored clothing or placing a light layer underneath dark clothing to prevent staining. If your doll develops minor stains, we will provide a free stain remover kit.
b. Doll Scratches
For small scratches, we offer a free repair glue kit. For larger scratches or more severe damage, we will provide free silicone repair blocks.
c. Cleaning and Maintenance Kits
If you need additional cleaning or maintenance kits, please contact us to purchase them.
