Fantove offers the best privacy protection. We protect your privacy from the moment we receive your information until you receive your doll. This includes inquiry info security, discreet shipping, and file deletion.

  Inquiry info

We receive many Inquiry from users every day, and each one contains personal information and/or pictures. Fantove understands that Personal Information is exceptionally important, especially given the nature of our products, and when you trust us with it, we have a responsibility to keep it safe and secure.

Sharing of Inquiry info

We never never share your personal information with third parties. The information is kept only within our company and we only share it with the corresponding departments. For example, we only share pictures with 3D designers to evaluate a project or complete the design.

Deletion of Inquiry info

All emails are stored in our email system. In addition, we will save files such as pictures or videos in encrypted folders on the computer. We retain emails to help us provide users with longer-term services. We will check and delete expired local files on the 1st of each month.

  Discreet Delivery

We provide safe packaging and discreet shipping for your dolls.

Safe Packaging

We use 7-layer corrugated boxes for added strength and stability. Foam is placed inside the box to protect the doll from impact. This packaging method has been tested, whether turned over or dropped, the doll remains undamaged.

Discreet Shipping

No one will know what you’ve ordered. Your package will arrive in a plain box with no adult-related markings. We typically label the contents as “mannequins” to ensure discretion.

  File and Mold Destruction

For fully customized sex dolls, we will destroy all related files and molds after the order is completed. This includes the deletion of 3D files and the destruction of doll molds.

3D Files

3D files are digital models used to represent custom doll designs. Once the user approves the 3D file, we will use it to create a production mold. Unless authorized by the user, we will delete the 3D file within 30 days of delivery confirmation.

Doll Mold

A doll mold is a physical model used to produce dolls. One reason custom dolls are expensive is that, due to copyright restrictions, each mold can only be used once and cannot be reused for mass production. Unless authorized by the user, we will destroy the mold within 15 days of delivery confirmation.
